The jewels of Slovak folk art. This is how unique wooden churches are named, building which not a single nail was used what makes them very original. This kind of monument is also the wooden articular church in Hronsek, which serves for the Evangelical Church ceremonies and is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Built in 1726, it combines elements of Scandinavian, German, Ionian and Slavic architecture and has a capacity of 1100 seats. Thanks to excellent acoustics, concerts open to the public are organized annually.
